CONTRACTORS WELL UNDER WAY!

Dear Investor,

Well, things are definitely hotting up in the Vaal! Whilst the rest of the country seems to be satisfying itself with pessimism, moaning and a general lack of pro-action, all those involved in Riverspray, including yourself, seem to be adopting a positive attitude and forging on ahead, firm in the knowledge that good projects, sound investments and the search for a good lifestyle are things worth

fighting for. Too many people out there seem to be viewing life in South Africa from a reactive, fearful point of view. It’s quite ridiculous. History, even recent history, depicts the ebb and flow of economies. It’s those who don’t panic and instead persevere who come out on top in the end. Those who capitulate whenever a hint of negativity is present will never rise above mediocrity.

When it was first announced that South Africa would be hosting the 2010 soccer world cup, the joy and optimism felt by South Africans could be felt around the world. We as a country were aware that the World Cup made a massive positive impact on the economies of every one of the previous host countries, no exceptions, for many years, before and after. Well, South Africans seem to have forgotten this! Nothings changed, we are going to be hosting this prestigious tournament and it will without doubt supercharge the economy for years to come.

The acting mayor of Emfuleni Municipality, Mr Mike Muir, and his colleagues, have visited the Riverspray site on occasion within the last month and have been suitably impressed with progression of the Development and the employment it is generating for the local community. In fact he highlighted Rivesrpray, and to a much greater extent the massive new Heineken brewery which is opening in the region, as an indication of the growing economic strength of the Vaal Triangle Area.

From an infrastructure perspective things are proceeding at breakneck speed. The site is a hive of activity with an astounding amount of work already accomplished. Much of the underground services have been completed including storm water, sewerage and the telecommunication tubing. Work on the electrical reticulation has already begun and the paving on a couple of the roads in the Village area has recently got underway. We are impressed with the manner in which the contractors have applied themselves to the job at hand. Feel free to visit the site and witness the progress for yourselves should you so wish.

Since the projects inception, everything has moved at a brisk pace and according to plan. All in all we could not be more satisfied or excited with the continued positive progress on Riverspray Lifestyle Estate. We are certain you share our enthusiasm in knowing that this will be one of the most magnificent and organized developments in the entire region!

Once again we thank and congratulate you for your participation in this Development and look forward to meeting you on site in the near future.

Please don’t hesitate to contact either ourselves or your sales agent if any information is required and take note that all newsletters are available on the website www.riversprayestate.co.za.
