PROCLAMATION OF SINGLE RESIDENTIAL ERVEN


Dear Investors,

It gives us great pleasure to announce that, after some delay, the Proclamation of the single residential area has been approved by the Emfuleni local municipality. The official date hereof was the 9th September 2009.

Pending the completion of the administrative work, we shall be in a position to be able to lodge the transactions pertaining to plot purchases at the Deeds office. However, this process is being delayed by purchasers who are not responding timeously to either the Attorneys or our requests to complete necessary documentation or make payment of outstanding funds. Please note this has two severe implications a) Clients who are in a hurry to have the property transferred into their chosen personal capacities are unable do so and b) penalty interest is accrued due to late registration.

We would appreciate therefore if those of you who are not up to date with requirements could comply as soon as possible.
